Document and Process Control

Version 1 - Last updated 23 Jul 2025

Document control ensures that all procedures, safety data sheets and compliance records are current, accessible and traceable.

It provides a clear structure for managing information over time, supporting consistency, accountability and compliance across operations.

There are four requirements for document and process control:

1
Documentation
Identify and maintain documents related to the chemical management system
2
Standard operating procedure
Prepare a SOP on document control
3
Incidents management
Implement an incidents management system
4
Maintenance and housekeeping
Ensure general maintenance and housekeeping standards are met
