- Local legislation and compliance requirements and monitoring procedure
- Global regulations of countries where the supplier’s goods are exported
Organisation policies and strategy
- Chemical management policy document.
- Chemical management strategy document.
- Purchasing, transparency and traceability policy documents
- Production traceability documents (recipe sheets, process logs)
ZDHC related
- ZDHC Performance InCheck Reports
- ZDHC Clearstream Reports
- ChemCheck Reports from chemical formulators
- ZDHC Supplier Roadmap to Zero documents
Chemical inventory related
- Chemical Inventory List (CIL), with details on ZDHC MRSL conformance and hazards
- Supplier declarations from chemical formulators to ZDHC MRSL and Brand RSL requirements, wherever required
- Third-party (ZDHC Approved MRSL Certifier) certifications from chemical formulators and raw material suppliers
- Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and the relevant management process
Supply chain related
- Latest customer (brands) RSL documents.
- Sub-supplier and sub-contractor evaluation documents, when included in the chemical management system scope
