Output Streams

The identification of all output streams is a precondition for the application of the other requirements listed under the Output Section. Only if output streams are clearly identified and basic records are kept to classify, for example, the volume of discharged wastewater, or if and where in the process sludge is produced, the Wastewater and Sludge Guidelines can be applied accordingly.
