Conduct post assessment actions

Version 1 - Last updated 28 Oct 2025

After completion of the on-site assessment on all the on-site assessment KPIs, the ZDHC Approved ETP Reviewer will prepare a report and will send it to the facility within five working days from the date of the on-site assessment. The reviewer should also share a copy of the report, categorisation of the supplier and all supporting documents/evidence, with the facility.

ZDHC Gateway

Once the ETP Assessment report is received from the ETP reviewer, it is the facility's responsibility to ensure that the report is uploaded to the ZDHC Gateway under the documentation section within three working days of receipt.

Once the report is uploaded to the ZDHC Gateway, it becomes accessible to ZDHC Signatory Brands that have established approved connections with the supplier.

Corrective actions

Based on the results of the on-site assessment report (Alert, Level 1, Level 2) the facility should address the points of improvement and implement Corrective Action Plans (CAPs).

The supplier should then contact the ZDHC Approved ETP Reviewer for reassessment to improve the scoring in the next on-site assessment.
