Change Management and Requalification

ZDHC Approved Wastewater and Sludge Laboratories should notify the ZDHC of significant changes, including changes in legal/organisation changes, key signatory personnel, accreditation status, analytical methods, physical address and any other relevant information.

Such changes should trigger impact assessment and may require re-evaluation, accreditation audits, or temporary restriction of scope.

Formal requalification should be conducted at defined intervals or prior to contract renewal. Requalification considers historical performance, proficiency test results, audit outcomes and data integrity.
