The purpose of this quality assurance framework is to establish the requirements and governance for the evaluation, approval, monitoring, suspension of ZDHC Approved Wastewater Laboratories.

These requirements ensure that only wastewater laboratories demonstrating technical competence, data integrity, and consistent quality performance are eligible for approval and continued recognition as ZDHC Approved Solution Providers.

The signing of the agreement between ZDHC and solution providers is a fundamental step to ensure a clear, secure, and well-structured collaboration. This process formally defines the roles, responsibilities, and expectations of each party, creating a transparent framework that supports accountability and conformity with ZDHC requirements.
