This Solution Provider Toolkit provides practical guidance to ZDHC Approved Solution Providers and other interested parties on how ZDHC-related solutions should be delivered. It explains the scope of each solution, the specific activities to be performed, and the requirements and approval criteria that must be met.

The Toolkit also outlines how to apply for and manage solutions through the Solution Provider Platform, including approval processes and eligibility conditions. In addition, it identifies the ZDHC tools and platforms to be used for each solution and sets expectations for quality assurance, documentation, and review activities to ensure consistent and compliant service delivery.

ZDHC Approved Solution Providers

The delivery of several ZDHC solutions relies on ZDHC Approved Solution Providers, who operate in accordance with defined programme requirements. This Solution Provider Toolkit describes the role of ZDHC Approved Solution Providers in performing the solutions they are approved for and their relation to key stakeholder groups within the ZDHC framework.

Where a formal approval process applies, solution providers may only deliver services for which they have valid ZDHC approval. These services must meet the published service-specific criteria on competence, independence, governance, and quality assurance.

ZDHC Approved Solution Providers are authorised to use solution-specific ZDHC badges for the services they are approved to deliver. These badges demonstrate their recognised role within the industry and their commitment to meeting programme requirements. Each badge is linked to a specific solution and may only be used by Approved Solution Providers that have successfully completed the relevant approval process.

Not all stakeholder groups are associated with solutions in each area of activity; where no official ZDHC solutions requesting approval exist, this is explicitly stated. Where solutions do exist, Solution Providers apply ZDHC methodologies and requirements to support consistency, transparency, and comparability across the programme.
