Next steps
The approval process includes a maximum of two feedback rounds from ZDHC. If, after these two rounds, the application is still incomplete or does not meet the required criteria, the request will be declined. To reapply, you will need to restart the approval process (complete the questionnaire and upload all required documents) and pay the review fee again.
In case this is your organisation's first approval, the service order will be accompanied by a master service agreement which will be signed only once and will be the framework for all the following approval contracts. Then pay your first pro-rated year annual fee.
Once an organisation is a ZDHC Approved InCheck Verified Provider, via the SPP, it can nominate its staff to take the online training courses on the ZDHC Academy.
If the nominated staff member is qualified, they can conduct the relevant services for the suppliers.
