Apply through Solution Provider Platform (SPP)

Version 1 - Last updated 01 Jul 2026

The Solution Provider Platform (SPP) is the central platform for organisations seeking to become ZDHC Approved Solution Providers, including testing laboratories, MRSL certifiers, trainers and assessors. The platform supports all solution streams, with applications subject to periodic renewal to maintain alignment with updates to relevant ZDHC requirements.

Organisations wishing to become a ZDHC Approved Solution Provider must register on the SPP in order to submit applications.

Upon registration, the organisation will receive access to manage company information, nominate experts, initiate new applications and define regions of operation to ensure visibility.

E-learning

Organisations which have been approved as ZDHC Signatory Approved InCheck Verified Providers are expected to nominate their employees or contractors to take the e-Learning on the ZDHC Academy.  Your nominated employees or contractors must complete this training and examination within 6 weeks from the nomination (At least 75% is required to pass). Only a ZDHC Signatory Approved Verified InCheck Provider can carry out InCheck verifications in the On-site App.

The course equips participants to review chemical inventories, Safety Data Sheets, and supplier declarations before, during, and after verification, ensuring consistent, standardised, and programme-aligned verification practices across all activities.

More information about e-learning is also available in this Knowledge base article.
