The purpose of this quality assurance practices is to establish the requirements and governance for the evaluation, approval, monitoring and suspension of ZDHC InCheck Solution Provider.
These requirements ensure that only InCheck Solution Providers demonstrating technical competence, data integrity, and consistent quality performance are eligible for approval and continued recognition as solution providers.
Signing an agreement between ZDHC and Approved Solution Providers is an important step in establishing a clear, secure, and well-structured collaboration. This process formally defines the roles, responsibilities, and expectations of each party, creating a transparent framework that supports accountability and compliance with ZDHC requirements. By establishing legally binding agreements, the contractual framework helps protect the interests of both parties, safeguard confidential information, and reduce the risk of misunderstandings or disputes.
