Updated requirements:

1. Chemical-related process outputs are reduced, reused, or recycled where possible

2. Chemical-related waste is transported and disposed of safely

The chemical-related waste reduction recommendations have been updated

The chemical-related waste-reduction recommendations have been updated to include guidance and examples on the “types of unused chemical containers and E-waste.” The recommendation for the type “Used or discarded personal protective equipment (PPE)” is removed.
