All laboratory applications shall be submitted exclusively through the Solution Provider Platform. Applications submitted outside the platform shall not be considered valid.

The platform functions as the centralised system for registration, document submission, technical evaluation, approval recording, and lifecycle monitoring. It ensures document traceability, version control, and transparency of review stages.

The application process begins with laboratory registration, including declaration of legal entity details, contact information, responsible quality personnel, and authorised technical signatories.

The applicant laboratory shall declare the complete analytical scope for each discharge type for which approval is requested. This includes wastewater parameters, sludge parameters, analytical methods applied, detection limits…. Any subcontracted testing must be explicitly declared.

The following documentation shall be submitted through the platform:

  • Legal and regulatory documentation, including valid business registration, accreditation certificate, accreditation scope, and insurance liability.
  • Quality management documentation, including, document control procedure, internal audit procedure, sampling procedure, testing procedure, Internal training procedure, customer complaints procedure, non-conformance and corrective action procedure, and Code of Conduct & Anti-Bribery Policy.
  • Technical documentation, including a list of analytical methods, parameters validation or verification summaries for custom methods, accreditation scope and laboratory information management system description, where applicable.

If the application fails to pass the quality review after two attempts, all previously submitted information and documents may need to be resubmitted. Applicants are encouraged to carefully review their submissions prior to resubmission to avoid repeated failures.
