Apply through the Solution Provider Platform (SPP)

Version 1 - Last updated 01 Jul 2026

The Solution Provider Platform (SPP) is the central system for organisations seeking to become ZDHC Approved Solution Providers, including laboratories, certifiers, trainers, and reviewers.

Through the SPP, applicants can apply for services such as ZDHC MRSL Certification Body-Foundational or -Progressive, Performance or Verified InCheck Solution Provider, and Approved Training Provider (ATP). Applications must be renewed periodically, particularly when updated ZDHC requirements are released.

Organisations must first register on the SPP to submit an application. Upon registration, an account administrator is assigned, and user access is granted. Approved Solution Providers can use the platform to manage company details, nominate experts, submit new applications, and select their region of operations to be listed on the ZDHC Find Your Expert Platform.

Experts can only be nominated from the organisation that is approved for the specific service.

This means each wastewater laboratory shall nominate its own sampler.

Prior to conducting any wastewater or sludge sampling activities according to ZDHC guidelines, all nominated wastewater samplers must successfully complete the relevant training and exam. The training ensures that samplers are trained to perform wastewater and sludge sampling strictly in accordance with the sampling requirements in this toolkit. The training provides a standardised approach for the collection of wastewater and sludge samples and field information, covering the required technical and procedural requirements before, during, and after on-site sampling activities.
