On-Site App project
The On-Site App is developed to support ZDHC Approved Solution Providers in delivering solutions that advance sustainable chemical and wastewater management.
Accessible via PC or tablet, the app enables users to browse, upload, and validate information directly on-site. It provides real-time access to relevant facility data through a structured, guided workflow, supporting consistent and efficient implementation.
The On-Site App Wastewater Sampling allows the sampler to collect data while on-site using the latest protocol and providing necessary data and proofs in real time.
The sampler is guided throughout the sample collection process with step-by-step guidance, starting from the pre-visit phase until the end of the sampling.
On-site app sampler
Wastewater samplers must:
- Be nominated by a ZDHC Approved organisation for the specific service they want to perform (wastewater sampling)
- Have completed the necessary training on the ZDHC Academy
- Have successfully passed the final exam on the ZDHC Academy
Once all these requirements are fulfilled, reviewers / samplers can log in to the On-site App with the same credentials used on the ZDHC Academy.
In order to be assigned as an expert to a project created for the ZDHC On-Site App, it is mandatory for all individuals to have successfully passed the exam after following the relevant training.
Using the On-Site App for sampling is mandatory; as a consequence, when generating the EDR to submit the test results in the ZDHC Gateway, laboratories must include the On-Site App project number (e.g. O-P-00000).
On-Site App projects must be created before the sampling date (ZDHC strongly recommends doing this at least one week in advance). This allows sufficient time to complete the necessary steps, finalise pre-visit documentation, and prepare for on-site activities without delays.
The supplier must be fully registered on the ZDHC Gateway before creating the project and initiating the sampling process.
Please note that projects created after the sampling date will not be considered compliant with our protocols.
