Create On-site App projects
The ZDHC On-Site App is a tool designed to support ZDHC Approved Solution Providers in delivering on-site solutions for sustainable chemical management, such as Verified InCheck. It enables users to browse, upload, and validate information on PCs or tablets while working on-site.
InCheck Verification
The On-Site App InCheck verification adds value by letting users browse and validate chemical information throughout the supplier site, meaning data is accessible and actions can be taken immediately, from anywhere in a facility.
Who Can Use the On-Site App?
Only ZDHC Approved InCheck Reviewers can use the On-Site App. These individuals must:
- Be nominated by an organisation that is approved by ZDHC for the specific service they want to perform (InCheck verification)
- Have completed the necessary training on the ZDHC Academy
- Have successfully passed the final exam on the ZDHC Academy
What to do
Once all these requirements are fulfilled, reviewers log in to the On-Site App with the same credentials used on the ZDHC Academy.

Project creation
When a supplier needs a Verified InCheck Level 1 performed at their facility, there are two ways to request it:
a. The supplier sends a request via ‘ZDHC Find Your Expert’ platform
The request will appear directly in the Solution Provider Platform in the Find Your Expert - Received requests section and you will receive a notification. At this stage, you can contact the supplier with an offer or reject the request.
After this phase, which happens off-platform, if the supplier accepts your offer and chooses your organisation, you may accept or decline the request.
b. The solution provider creates a project in the SPP on behalf of the supplier
After being contacted directly by the supplier, the solution provider manually creates the project in the Solution Provider Platform in the Find Your Expert - Manual requests section.
