Change Management and Requalification

ZDHC Approved Solution Providers shall notify ZDHC of significant changes that have an impact on their approved status, including changes in legal/organisation, key personnel authorised to sign, accreditation status, business registration, physical address and any other relevant information.

Such changes trigger an impact assessment and may require re-evaluation, assessment, or temporary suspension.
