Application Review
All applications must be submitted exclusively through the Solution Provider Platform (SPP). Submissions outside the platform will not be considered. The platform serves as the centralised system for registration, document submission, technical evaluation and quality verification, approval recording, ensuring full traceability, version control and transparency throughout the review process.
Throughout the review process of your application, ZDHC may reach out to request clarification or additional information. This communication will take place exclusively in the SPP communication area.
The application process begins with solution provider registration, including declaration of legal entity information, contact details, and authorised personnel to sign. Submitted information will be reviewed and evaluated by the Quality Assurance team in alignment with ZDHC requirements.
Multiple documents can be submitted through the platform:
- Legal and regulatory documentation, including valid business registration, accreditation certificate, accreditation scope (if needed), and request if an insurance liability is set.
- Quality management documentation, including document control procedure, internal audit procedure, internal training procedure, customer complaints procedure, and Code of Conduct & Anti-Bribery Policy.
If the application fails to pass the quality review after two attempts, all previously submitted information and documents may need to be resubmitted. Applicants are encouraged to carefully review their submissions prior to resubmission to avoid repeated failures.
