Evaluating commodity chemical sellers
In addition to collecting a self-declaration from the CC seller, the supplier should conduct an objective evaluation of the CC seller.
Commodity chemical seller evaluation
The evaluation is not only to assess the commodity chemical (CC) sellers for quality and supply parameters but also to check their awareness about the ZDHC MRSL and their capability to manage these risks. This evaluation is especially important for non-virgin commodity chemical CC sellers.
ZDHC provides an assessment framework including an objective assessment scoring system, which can be implemented to evaluate the CC sellers and make informed purchasing decisions.
